CNY Celebrations

My First Skool invited all parents to the CNY celebrations.  MP Lee Bee Wah was the GOH and here is nursery 1's dance performance.  Mummy is glad that she is able to remember the steps and dance without fear in front of the crowd.  Good job Kaelyn!

Bottle Tree Park

A few months ago, Kaelyn and daddy came here without mummy. After that visit, whenever our car drove pass this place, the same conversation will take place:

K : 我有去过的。。你没有去过。。 (Do) you want to go? I can share the fish food with you….to feed the fish..
M: You have money to buy fish food?
K: No, I don’t have..
M: Then how to go? Where to find money to buy the fish food?
--Silent--

Kaelyn has collected a lot of money during CNY and she said:
K: Mama, I got money already. I bring you to bottle tree park ok? We buy fish food and I share with you..We feed the fish together.

Wah, today the weather was exceptionally superb!! Unlike those few days during CNY.  So here we are at the Bottle Tree Park. 

She was so excited to see the pond...Getting ready to feed the fishes..

After feeding the fishes, we just walked around the park.  Nice lotus flower pond and a bull cart.

Kaelyn was trying to play the swing by herself.  Mummy used to play this when I was a young girl.  Sadly we can't find this type of swing in most of the playground now..

Kaelyn said she wants 姐姐 & 妹妹 to join her at the next visit.. 大姨 when are you free? Hahaha..

Happy Chinese New Year (初三)

We are all ready to go 大姨's house...Kaelyn played for a while with 姐姐妹妹.. soon after she fell asleep after her flu medicine has taken effect.



Soon after she wakes up at around 5 pm, we are all preparing to go to 二姨's house. At 二姨's house, Kaelyn was sitting still on her sofa until 二姨 offer her the remote control car..



She played for a little while before the battery went flat. All of us headed to the nearby coffee shop for dinner. After dinner, we went to 小姨's house for daddy. Daddy went to his colleague's house to 拜年. As described by 小姨, her house is like a mini "universal studio" for Kaelyn. There are so many soft toys to entertain her..



Kaelyn took a quick shower at 小姨's house without a new set of changing clothes so 小姨 offered an old T-shirt and pants from 心姐姐. See who is wearing the same as Kaelyn..hilarous!!



When daddy came to pick us up, she reluctantly bid goodbye to all the toys..for some, she has indeed abused them.. hahaha..

Happy Chinese New Year (初二)

Our nice dress matched with pearl necklace & braclet made by 小姨..

Kaelyn's playground.. ie. at 小姨's house. Kaelyn made herself comfortable at her house and played with 小姨's toys. She even shaked Pink Panther's hands and wish him Happy New Year... hahaha.

That day, Kaelyn wanted to take a shower with Weixuan:

K: Mei Mei, I want to shower with you
W: No, I don't want.
K: I like you, you know?

Hahaha... cute!
