After checking in, we head straight to the Water World.
We also went to the Cowboy for the Red Indian show. A bit too many repetitions in between the show but was glad it ended with nice fireworks. Kaelyn and Daddy also attempted to feed the elephants... as usual, mummy had to stand as far away as possible.
Day 2, we went to the animal world. We took this cage-look-alike shuttle around the premise.
There were live shows available but we boycotted one because there were 2 incidents whereby a monkey attacked 2 persons. The zoo keeper didn't do anything to the beast and/or assist the injured. The show carried on without any disruption. Mummy felt unsafe and was angry with zoo keeper's nonchalant attitude. Hence we just walked out of the show and strolled to the farm to feed the rabbits instead.
We took a quick shower and off we took a cab to the city. One way is $70 Rm.. but its worth the trip. We alighted at Jonker's Walk and eat all the way while Kaelyn took her afternoon nap..
Durian Chendol at the famous No. 88 store and Chicken Rice balls.
A group of tourists hovered around this hawker as he tried his best to cut 1 bachang into 10 over pieces so that each get a tasting portion of the famous bachang.. Thumbs up for their service level!!
Another Durian Chendol at San Shu Gong.. Personally mummy thinks this is much better than No. 88.
Right after the Jonker's Walk is the famous tourist spot. We shopped quite a fair bit before we reluctantly bid farewell to the highlight of this trip.
The last day is a short day as we need to check out by 1 pm. Morning time, Kaelyn had another dip by the pool near the hotel. See her nice poises, inspired by her Chinese dance movement. hahah...
Kaelyn made friends with this 8 year old girl name Nicole.. They had great fun since Day 2.. Thanks for the companionship
