Happy Children's Day

Kaelyn's school is celebrating Children's Day at School today.  All children are asked to dressed creatively so we decided to dressed her up like a little fairy.  Mummy made the wings and magic wand and Kaelyn also helped with the decoration.

  

 

She has henna tatto on her hands.  Teacher Yati said Kaelyn let her paint her hands without moving..

Daddy's friend, Auntie Xin Hua, invited us to her housewarming.

Happy Birthday to Brandon (23 Sep)

Daddy bought a Oreo Ice cream cake from Icekimo for Brandon Gor Gor.  Kaelyn is always standing in the centre.... as if it is her birthday.. hahaha..

Swim

We are finally here during Hari Raya Puasa.. at the Sengkang Swimming Pool. This pool was only opened in mid-2008. It is charging like any other public pool but comes with newer and better facilities.

8 slides for the adventurous folks and a kiddy pool for the children.

There is an indoor swimming pool and a small jacuzzi pool ..

 

The 3 girls are all ready for the fun.  Weixuan bought a bag of toys while Kaelyn bought her dolphin float.

 

We have so much fun!! The girls bid goodbye to the pool reluctantly!  We'll be back!

Clean White Teeth

This new tooth paste (green apple flavour) motivates Kaelyn to brush teeth. Every night after milk, she'll pester mummy to help her brush teeth. 

Mummy will have to keep reminding her not to swallow the toothpaste while brushing.

After brushing her teeth, she'll always say: "Mama, 我没有 swallow 的..." ....hahaha..

Cultivating Independence

Sometimes Kaelyn likes to feed herself. 

See the way she drinks her favourite mushroom soup... mmm.. must be very yummy!!



Kaelyn say:  "Mummy, the soup is very yummy you know!" 

Nowadays she likes to end the sentence with "you know?" hahaha.. cute!

Besides feeding herself, mummy also try to make Kaelyn a responsible girl. Kaelyn has to put her dirty clothing into the pail everytime after her shower. She also has to put her pillow (臭臭) into the bag if she wants to bring it out. Mummy think little tasks will help cultivate independence and instill a sense of responsibility in her. Keep up the good work Kaelyn!

Teacher's Day - Zoo Trip

We visited the zoo on Teacher's Day.  The weather was initially good but it started to rain around 12 noon.  In the end we have to cancel our plans to visit the wet park. 

  

Kaelyn was so excited.. she was jumping and running around...The 4 children stand so straight for this pose..hahaha..

Erm.. What's so interesting there...all 4 were caught looking at the same direction in unison.. hahaha... All of us were waiting patiently for the Splash Safari Show to begin.

 

We could not finish the Elephant show as it started drizzling.  Our zoo trip ended at 12 noon and thereafter we headed to Northpoint for lunch.

It was so much fun especially with 姐姐 & 妹妹 ..we have enjoyed ourselves very much.

Sigh.. Once again.. we're unable to post any pictures/videos as the toolbars are missing again. We've tried to delete cookies & history but it didn't worked out! Anyone has any clue on how to solve this problem?
